(Does not include the deposit monies due by June 10th)

*The deposit and $500 must be paid no later than June 10th by 4 pm CT. The final payment of the total balance is due no ;after then July 10th by 4 pm CT.

** If the $500 per cabin is not paid by June 10, 2023, Royal Caribbean will cancel the cabin. SME cannot maintain the cabin if the $75 per person and $500 amount is not paid by that date.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

The below cancellation policy applies to cancellations PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE and can be changed by ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINE at any time.

DAYS TO DEPARTURE CHARGES (ALL BASED ON PER PERSON AS CABIN ASSIGNMENTS ARE ALL BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY).

IF 90+ DAYS IN ADVANCE - No CANCELLATION FEE Charges BY ROYAL CARIBBEAN

• 89-75 Days 25%  per guest paid to Royal Caribbean 

• 74-61 Days 50%  per guest paid to Royal Caribbean

• 60-31 Days 75%  per guest paid to Royal Caribbean

• 30-0   Days100% per guest paid to Royal Caribbean

*When calculating the days prior to sailing, the day of sailing should not be considered as one of the days. The day of sailing is considered the first day of the cruise.

SME POLICY for CABIN/ROOMMATE NAME CHANGES - After full deposit per person has been paid for each assigned person in the cabin and a name change is needed, there will be an additional $25 per person name change.

CHANGE OF CABIN CATEGORY and/or ASSIGNMENT - Royal Caribbean charges a penalty for cabin changes after 90 days (please see Royal Caribbean website for this information). However, an additional processing fee of $25 per person will be charged for any changes made after full deposit has been paid.
